January 10, 2019 Regular Board Meeting Agenda Item #36 Title ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES' PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR FOR THE TAYLOR RANCH ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PORTABLES 2018. Description All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor. The final project costs have been internally audited for approval and are enclosed herein the final payment to the contractor. The Director of Construction Services Department has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes. Recommendation That the project be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractor be approved as presented.
