January 10, 2019 Regular Board Meeting Agenda Item #38 Title APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #10 TO ARCHITECTS CONTRACT FOR THE VENICE MIDDLE SCHOOL HVAC RENOVATION AND BUILDING UPGRADES. Description The scope of work for this amendment is to provide additional design services to engineer the lightning protection system for the new outdoor dining area as required by code. The total amount for these changes shall not exceed $3,470.00. These funds are available through the project #5573 budget. Recommendation That Amendment #10 to the Agreement dated March 1, 2016, with Harvard Jolly, Inc., for the Venice Middle School HVAC Renovation and Building Upgrades be approved as presented.
