APPROVAL OF EXPULSION CASE NO. 09-259

Description

School Board Policy 5.34(4) permits the Board to hold in abeyance the expulsion of a student if the student participates in a recognized alternative-to-expulsion program.  This student is being placed in the Sarasota County Adult High School.



Recommendation
That Expulsion Case No. 09-259 be held in abeyance per School Board Policy 5.34.
