June 17, 2008 Board Meeting Agenda Item #36 Title ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE BROOKSIDE MIDDLE SCHOOL - CTE LAB PROJECT: DESIGN PHASE (PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES) Description The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and the final punch list.  The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.  A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department. Recommendation That the work performed by Magnum Builders for the Brookside Middle School - CTE Lab project: Design Phase (Preconstruction Services) be accepted as substantially complete as of 5/21/2008.
