October 2, 2018 Board Meeting Agenda Item #29 Title ACCEPTANCE OF FACILITIES SERVICES PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF THE CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE VENICE HIGH ADA DOOR UPGRADES Description All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor. The final costs have been internally audited for approval and are enclosed here in the final payment to the contractor. The Executive Director of Facilities Services has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes. Recommendation That the project be accepted as complete and the certificate of substantial completion be approved as presented.
