These change orders collectively total an increase of $278,701.93 in gross contract dollars. Included in these change orders are ($84,107.56) credit for Direct Material Purchase; the corresponding Direct Material Purchase Orders of ($81,218.24) resulting in a net of $2,899.32 in Sales Tax savings. Recommendation That the Construction Services' Change Orders be approved and/or ratified as presented.
