APPROVAL TO INCREASE THE PURCHASING LIMIT FOR BID #16-0038 FOR PLUMBING SERVICES - TIME AND MATERIALS
Description
Bid #16-0038 for 'Plumbing Services - Time and Materials' was approved for award in March 22, 2016 to Aqua Services, Inc., and Daniels Plumbing Services, Inc., for $200,000.00. The Facilities Services Department is requesting increase of $200,000.00 for backflow prevention, testing, and repair to comply with county code regulations. The funds for these purchases are contained in the budget allocated to Facilities Services Department.
Recommendation
That the request to increase the purchasing limit for bid #16-0038 for 'Plumbing Services - Time and Materials' by $200,000.00, be approved as presented.
