June 19, 2007 Board Meeting Agenda Item #56 Title ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE NORTH PORT HIGH SCHOOL - SOFTBALL FIELD PROJECT Description The architect has prepared the Certificate of Substantial Completion and final punch list.  The project is substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents.  A copy of the final punch list is available for review at the Construction Services Department. Recommendation That the work performed by W.G. Mills, Inc. for the North Port High School - Softball Field project be accepted as substantially complete as of 4/24/2007.
