Request to increase from $1,000,000.00 to $1,250,000.00 was Board approved on March 22, 2018 Agenda item #19. The Safety, Security, and Emergency Services Department requesting an increase of the purchasing limit of this bid by an additional $400,000.00 to cover anticipated expenditures. The funds for these purchases are contained in the budgets allocated to Safety, Security, and Emergency Services Department. Recommendation That the request to increase the purchasing limit for bid #17-0261 'Safety & Security(Systems, Supplemental Parts & Services)' by an additional $400,000.00, be approved as presented.
