May 1, 2018 Board Meeting Agenda Item #37 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #18-0137 FOR MOVING SERVICES FOR RELOCATABLE BUILDINGS Description Bids to provide 'Moving Services for Relocatable Buildings' were received from three vendors on April 4, 2018. The bid of R.E. Johnson & Son, Inc., was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications based on a sealed scenario. This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the budget allocated to the Construction Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of R.E.
