May 19, 2009 Board Meeting Agenda Item #22 Title APPROVAL TO AWARD BID #9120 FOR TOILET PARTITIONS - SUPPLY AND INSTALL Description Bids to provide 'Toilet Partitions - Supply and Install' were received from two vendors on April 23, 2009.  The bid of Scranton Products was the best low bid meeting the advertised specifications.  This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods.  Funds for these purchases are contained in the capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Scranton Products to provide 'Toilet Partitions - Supply and Install' in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
