May 19, 2009 Board Meeting Agenda Item #27 Title APPROVAL OF THE BILL OF SALE TO THE CITY OF NORTH PORT, FLORIDA, FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, WASTEWATER COLLECTION SYSTEM, AND LIFT STATION AT ATWATER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL (AKA ELEMENTARY "I") Description The City of North Port land development regulations require the ownership of the utility systems be vested with the City.  This item authorizes the transfer of title of these facilities to the City of North Port. The School Board attorney has reviewed and approved this Bill of Sale. Recommendation That the Bill of Sale to the City of North Port, Florida, for the water distribution system, wastewater collection system, and lift station at Atwater Elementary School (aka Elementary "I") be approved as presented.
