SUSPENSION OF BOARD MEETING AND CONVENING OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE FINANCING CORPORATION FOR THE SCHOOL BOARD OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Description
This annual meeting confirms and ratifies all actions taken by the officers and directors of the corporation since its last meeting of the directors, and elects the Chairman as President and the Superintendent as Secretary and Treasurer.
Recommendation
That the School Board meeting be temporarily suspended and the annual meeting of the Financing Corporation for the School Board of Sarasota County, Florida, be convened.
