November 16, 2010 Board Meeting Agenda Item #20 Title APPROVAL OF EXPULSION CASE NO. 11-121 Description On October 18, 2010, the student listed in Expulsion Case No. 11-121, violated School Board Policy 5.34(1)(g), Repetitive Disobedience.  It is the recommendation of the Superintendent that the student be expelled from the Sarasota County Schools until June 6, 2011. Recommendation That in accordance with provisions of Sections 1006.07(1)(a)(b), Florida Statutes and School Board Policy 5.34, and the holding of a hearing having been waived by the student/parent, the recommendation as specified in Expulsion Case No. 11-121, to expel the student referenced therein from the Sarasota County Schools, be approved effective immediately for the remainder of the 2010-2011 academic year.
