      Intermediate updates are normally issued between public advisories at
      8:00 AM EDT, 2:00 PM EDT, 8:00 PM EDT, and 2:00 AM EDT
      (or 7:00 AM EST, 1:00 PM EST, 7:00 PM EST, and 1:00 AM EST).
      Atlantic Tropical Weather Outlook is updated at approximately
      2 AM, 8 AM, 2 PM, and 8 PM EDT from June 1 to November 30.
      Special outlooks may be issued as conditions warrant.
